What you actually will be doing

You will be passionately leading the successful launch and marketing of the BoneMRI software solution across the globe. As part of the commercial team, you deeply understand markets and customers, execute and prepare the marketing plan and serve as the linking pin between the commercial function and other functions like clinical affairs, quality and regulatory affairs and product development. You focus on maximising BoneMRI’s short- and long-term market growth in line with MRIguidance’s overall company strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and execute BoneMRI’s marketing plan and budget (including situation analysis, pricing strategy, registration planning, evidence generation, market segmentation, targeting & positioning and revenue forecasting) to maximise short- and long-term market growth;
  • Monitor and share knowledge of markets, customer needs and the competitive landscape, to identify unmet customer needs and other opportunities to improve BoneMRI´s market position;
  • Create and foster a strong team spirit and take on the role of ‘BoneMRI product champion’ while effectively collaborating with other MRIguidance departments to describe and deliver goals for BoneMRI’s product and market development;
  • Provide support to the sales organisation, including KOL and customer visits, and cooperate with them to define product requirements to continue to meet customer needs and validate revenue expectations;
  • Identify and accomplish MRIguidance’s product training and education needs;
  • Prepare BoneMRI’s go-to-market plans, lead its launches and review the delivery of the plans, also through channel partners, while providing support and guidance;
  • Ownership and management of the BoneMRI brand, including the value proposition and the product positioning;
  • Drive the development of marketing campaigns, sales enablement collateral and educational assets across all stakeholder and customer-facing channels;
  • In collaboration with MRIguidance’s medical and clinical colleagues, define and lead BoneMRI’s presence at congresses & symposia.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • At least 7+ years of work experience;
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the medical technology industry, with demonstrated success that includes development and implementation of commercial strategies and tactics;
  • Understanding crucial BoneMRI markets and their stakeholders like radiology, orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery and/or SaMD (software as a medical device);
  • Having successfully led product launches, from unmet need exploration, through to strategic launch planning, campaign development and ultimately tactical execution;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to synthesise and integrate customer insights data, draw conclusions/implications, and translate into comprehensive strategies and business decision recommendations;
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting, and positioning to successfully drive growth;
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, as well as operating independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgement to drive performance;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills;
  • Consistently demonstrates the MRIguidance values open-minded, seamless, improving, collaborative & caring;
  • Life Sciences, engineering or business graduate with university level or equivalent;
  • Team player;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Proactive, open-minded, broad interest and eager to learn;
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred

  • Experience with sales (especially to hospitals), strategic marketing, (product) training and/or market research;
  • Managing relationships with channel and business partners, like distributors and OEM manufacturers;
  • Collaboration with clinical and/or health economic evidence generation teams to develop strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue growth;
  • Congress & event management and digital marketing experience;
  • International business experience, as well as demonstrated cultural awareness, since the position requires frequent international interactions as well as some international travel.

Our offer

  • A market conform total package €65.000 - €80.000 depending on the work experience you bring;
